That was nice little and incredibly beautiful hotel set in very quiet area, right by the main sights, the supermarket that is in a theatre and so much more that o can even remember and a great coffee shop. The location was marvellous and perfect, for example, a wide canal was at a short distance from the property. There was a Michelin star rated restaurant nearby.

The location offered was unbeatable and super near the bus station by 7.45am, the transport and the beautiful sites of Venice. The staff was amazing, we had a simple check-in. We had double room to ourselves with coffee machine and private bathroom.

My stay was very lovely, I liked that it was clean throughout, with exceptionally good views and prime lovation adjacent to the main tourist street and the attractions and the supermarket. Lots of options for breakfast in the patio. Don't forget to explore Cannaregio district. Welcoming reception. Warm drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise.
